David Swift

David has been actively involved in the theatre in the North West for many years. He has appeared in over 40 productions with a variety of local societies.

His most recent roles include: Of Mice And Men and An Inspector Calls (professional Theatre in Education); Snatched From Home and The Séance (Manchester Fringe/Comedy Festivals 2015); The Importance of Being Earnest; Abigail's Party and 'Allo, 'Allo.

David has regularly worked as a supporting artist in TV and film since 2008 in programmes such as: Hollyoaks, Coronation Street, Emmerdale, Peaky Blinders, Shameless, Waterloo Road, Scott and Bailey, Appropriate Adult, DCI Banks and Mrs Biggs

He has also filmed on the first new Sherlock Holmes movie, Macbeth, Testament of Youth, the new versions of Dad’s Army and Frankenstein.

David goes to watch many plays and shows every year but as director of Bravo, he is also keen to develop his experience and knowledge in the production and technical side of theatre alongside acting.
